Installation
To install the jig:
- Install Use the 35mm hole opener and adjust the hole depth (normal: 12-13mm), then lock the limit ring.
- Adjust the fixed size of the black quick-release pressure block (for 15-25mm boards).
- Move the punch to the punching position on the wood line and lock the quick-release clip.
Usage
Use the jig as follows:
- Clamp the hole opener handle with a power drill, drilling to a depth of 12-13mm at a constant speed.
- Make 2mm screw holes on the left and right sides.
Note: The distance between the 5.35mm hole and the edge is 5mm, suitable for most common hinges.
