Dryzone Silicone Sealant Remover is an simple and convenient paste designed to chemically digest cured and uncured silicone sealants, making them easy to scrape away. Suitable for a range of common building surfaces including uncoated aluminium, copper, steel, glass, ceramics and epoxy composites, it allows quick and effective removal of silicone residues without damaging the substrate.
This low-odour, low-hazard formulation is ideal for renovation work, maintenance and re-sealing jobs. It avoids aggressive solvents and is biodegradable, making it a safer alternative for indoor or sensitive applications. The remover clings well to vertical surfaces and requires a dwell time of just 1 to 3 hours, depending on substrate and sealant type. Each 150 ml cartridge delivers targeted application with minimal waste, and larger quantities offer up to 1 m2 coverage per 5 litres at 5 mm thickness.
Dryzone Silicone Sealant Remover is compatible with most common materials but may soften polyamide (nylon) and some non-silicone sealants. Avoid contamination with water or oxygenated solvents during application to preserve performance.
