Description

General description

Aquanett is a powerful, biodegradable, water-washable remover and cleaner designed to strip new, old, and encrusted oils from exterior wooden surfaces that have been blackened by UV rays. It effectively cleans severely weathered wood and is free from solvents and paraffin, making it suitable for environmentally sensitive areas. Its gel consistency prevents it from running, making it ideal for use on vertical surfaces.

Usage

Ideal for all exterior wood types including pressure-treated woods, softwoods, hardwoods, and Thermowood.

Suitable for surfaces such as garden furniture, decking, and cladding.

Apply a thick coat of Aquanett over the entire surface to be stripped.

Allow the product to work for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Scrub the surface with a stiff nylon scrubbing brush while flushing with water.

Thoroughly rinse the surface with fresh clean water after stripping.

Immediately treat stripped surfaces with Net-Trol while still wet to neutralize the surface.

Always carry out a preliminary test before starting the job.

Wear chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles, and protective clothing during application.

Other information

For best results, use hot water to assist in the removal process.

Cover and protect areas not intended for stripping, including plants, shrubs, and aluminum surfaces.

When stripping vertical surfaces, work from bottom to top to avoid streaking.

If Aquanett darkens hardwoods, do not allow it to dry before using Net-Trol.

In case of drying, mist the surface with water to dampen it.
