Weathershield Quick Dry Satin from Dulux provides an attractive mid-sheen finish and guarantees 10 year weather protection for exterior wood and metal provided surfaces are in good condition before application. The weatherproof paint film is mould resistant to minimise staining and flexible to resist cracking. This keeps your paintwork looking better for longer, compared to conventional Dulux gloss paints.
Application Description
Apply 1 or 2 coats with a brush. TIP: it is advisable to only use light colours on south facing resinous wood. Apply only in dry conditions, above 10°C and when bad weather is not forecast.
Finish; Satin
Coverage; Up to 18m2/litre
Drying Time; Leave 6 hours to dry. Newly painted doors and windows should not be closed until paint is fully dry.

Published on 03/12/2017, United KingdomI had left an outside paint job a bit late in the year. Too late really for gloss paint to dry so i bought satinwood as it dries quickly. Paint n tin was not like the colour i expected but changed to the expected colour as it dried. Nice gel consistency and brushes cleaned in water. I notice that water is beading nicely on the woodwork after rain. Would use this sort of paint again.
