Description

General description

EVERBUILD® 405 Path & Patio Seal is a solvent-free acrylic coating designed to seal and protect patios, paths, natural stone, concrete, and block paving from the damaging effects of sunlight, water, oil, petrol, and organic growth. This milky solution dries to form a hard-wearing, water-repellent film that provides a low-sheen, slip-resistant finish, reducing dirt pickup and making cleaning easier. It is safer to use than conventional solvent-based products, being non-flammable and harmless to plants and animals when used as directed.

Coverage: 1 Litre covers approximately 8m² per coat, depending on the surface nature

Drying time: 4 hours at 20°C

Minimum application temperature: 5°C

Installation

Ensure surfaces are clean and free from grease, dust, loose material, and algae.

For cleaning, use Everbuild Patio Wizard or a proprietary detergent like EVERBUILD OIL AWAY for oil stains.

Wash down cleaned surfaces with a hose and broom to remove all traces of cleaning products.

Pavers should be left for a minimum of three months after placement before applying this product.

Stir well before use and apply to damp (not wet) surfaces using a long pile roller and tray or low-pressure spray.

Apply in two coats, allowing no more than 2 hours between coats. An extra coat can be applied for a semi-gloss finish.

Ensure even coverage, especially on textured finishes to avoid ponding.

Usage

Areas treated can be cleaned with warm water and detergent or Everbuild Patio Wizard.

Avoid using acid-based cleaners and power washers, as they may damage the product.

Other information

Contains a powerful fungicide to prevent unsightly growth.

Store only in the original container and dispose of the product and packaging correctly.

Do not allow to enter watercourses.
