Description

General description

The fischer FireStop Foam is a one-component polyurethane foam that self-cures by absorbing moisture from the atmosphere. It features excellent adhesive properties, effectively bonding to various materials such as wood, brick, stone, cement, plaster wall boards, hardboard, and metal surfaces. The foam sets in a semi-rigid structure, providing a firm fix while allowing for movement and vibration. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring up to a 4-hour fire rating, making it ideal for sealing linear gaps in walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as insulating pipes and electrical installations, and sealing window and door joints, sills, and frames.
