One small problem: the bench moves. You'll need to secure it or put a bar on the ground to prevent it from rocking back and forth. Otherwise, it's easy with a little thought. My age makes it easy.

Machine small enough For people who are new to weight training
Bar supports too low! With the incline bench you can't get your head under the barbell!
I'm not at all happy it's low-end for the price I thought I have mid-range equipment the seat cracked already I think it will not last da's time
