A top bath that was well packaged and protected. BIG BÉMOL on the DELIVERY of the product by the agency Kuehne + Nagel Road (Agence PAU). We had scheduled a meeting (the schedules are absolutely not flexible: after 16h they do not deliver anymore and at 07h they do not deliver either because I quote "it's not the road to start or finish a tour"). Since I am working on the time slots available for delivery, I have asked someone to stay at my home especially for delivery. At 15h, since the delivery man had still not come, I phoned the agency that informs me that the driver has a breakdown on the truck and can not deliver me today (if I I have not phoned anyone would have informed me of the situation, it is a shame, we pay a service the minimum is to be professional and to warn customers). I had to reschedule a delivery and bring someone home again, without the slightest commercial gesture or excuse from the provider. ASSESSMENT: a product of quality not at all in agreement with the delivery provider who obviously does not know the meaning of the "quality" of a service, a pity!
