The original product was Ok but did match my needs, the customer service for the seller was excellent and they offer me an alternative options with no extra cost, I will definitely recommended buying from them.

After looking to send the item back as it was the wrong colour for my bathroom, I contacted the seller. They suggested a £10 refund (on an £70 item) and that I gave the item to my neighbour! Until this is resolved I suggest no one uses the seller!
