Textrol is a penetrating wood oil finish designed for exterior softwood and hardwood surfaces, suitable for both horizontal and vertical applications. This product saturates the wood to provide internal protection, eliminating the risk of peeling or flaking due to its non-film forming nature. Textrol enhances the natural beauty of the wood while offering a mildew-resistant finish that delivers exceptional and long-lasting protection against moisture, weathering, and UV rays.

Note: Textrol is not suitable for use on new wood, hardboard, Accoya, and thermally heat-treated (THT) wood. Clean all tools and equipment with white spirit while still wet. If allowed to dry, remove with paint stripper. Caution: Rags, steel wool, or other materials soaked in Textrol may spontaneously catch fire if improperly discarded. These must be saturated with water after use or placed in a sealed, water-filled metal container before disposal with household waste.

Certainly the best of all wood treatments, I advise against wood stains that leave a film and inhibit the wood from breathing, whereas the Textrol is like an oil which soaks into the wood easily with its liquid texture that can be applied with a large brush or low-pressure paint spray gun.
