General description

These chrome plated curved electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. They are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, while also reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled only with water. The high specification IP64 rated CE approved heating element maintains a stable temperature of 70°C, which can be adjusted with a dimmer switch, ensuring safe and efficient heating.

Installation

This towel rail must be installed outside of the bathroom and connected via a switched 5amp fuse box by a qualified electrician. A small air gap is provided within the filled rail to allow for the expansion of the liquid when heated.

Usage

The included bidex timer allows you to control when the towel rail operates, enabling you to set specific times for it to turn on and off or to activate when the temperature drops below a certain level. This feature helps save energy by heating rooms only when needed.
