Description

General description

These chrome plated curved electric towel rails feature an energy-efficient PTC electric heating element, combining cost-effective operation with excellent handcrafted build quality. They are filled with a glycol solution to prevent freezing and corrosion, while also reducing noise compared to traditional towel warmers filled with water.

The heating element operates at a safe and stable temperature of 70°C, which can be reduced by installing a dimmer switch.

The element runs at full power until the towel warmer reaches its working temperature, then reduces power to maintain this temperature, making it more cost-effective than standard electrical elements.

The towel rail is plated with 40 microns of copper, 15 microns of bright nickel, and a minimum of 60 microns of chrome plating for superior corrosion and rust resistance.

Central heating and dual fuel versions are also available.

Perfect size, very quick delivery, easy to install and the fact that it has a decent curve makes it much easier to hang towels on.

I like the product. It appears well designed and made and does its job. However the unit is heavy. The fixings supplied were inadequate for attaching the unit to a lath and plaster wall so we had to make alternative arrangements. The unit runs pretty hot so I have asked my electrician if it will be possible to fit a timer.
