Installation

Replace oil supply lines and fittings to prevent oil flow restrictions.

Avoid using silicone or thread tape.

Ensure all openings to the turbo are clear and not blocked.

Shut off fuel or disable ignition and crank the engine for at least 15 seconds to raise oil pressure.

Allow the engine to fast idle (1,000 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to seat turbo seals.

Let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before shutdown to ensure proper lubrication.

When changing oil, prime the oil filter.

Ensure the oil drain line is lower than the turbo.

Gasoline cars must install a water cooling device to prevent overheating.

Ensure exhaust outlets are well sealed by welding.

Professional installation is highly recommended.

Usage

Designed to boost horsepower significantly, enhancing vehicle performance.

Monitor for signs of turbo failure, such as black or blue exhaust smoke, excessive oil consumption, or unusual noises.
