This T25 T28 Turbocharger is designed for universal application with a T25 flange, and can be converted to a T28 flange with an adapter. It is suitable for 1.5L-2.0L engines and can boost horsepower up to 350 BHP, making it an excellent choice for enhancing the performance of 4-cylinder vehicles.

Installation

Replace oil supply lines and fittings to prevent oil flow restrictions.

Avoid using silicone or thread tape.

Ensure all openings to the turbo are clear and not plugged.

Shut off fuel or disable ignition and crank the engine for at least 15 seconds to raise oil pressure.

Allow the engine to fast idle (1,000 RPM) for 3-5 minutes to seat turbo seals.

Let the engine idle for 3-5 minutes before shutdown to ensure proper lubrication.

When changing oil, be sure to prime the oil filter.

Ensure the oil drain line is lower than the turbo itself.

Gasoline vehicles must install a water cooling device to prevent overheating.

Ensure exhaust outlets are well sealed by welding.

Professional installation is highly recommended due to the universal nature of the turbo.

This turbocharger is designed to enhance engine performance by increasing horsepower.
