- The Hikoki UC3SFL 3.6V Charger is designed to recharge the EBM315 Li-Ion battery. For maintenance and safety, it is important to fully charge your battery before attempting to use it in your power tools. Once the battery is finished charging, the red light will slowly blink. In general, the UC3SFL should charge your battery in 60 minutes. The Hikoki UC3SFL 3.6V Charger is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-year from the original purchase date.
