Description

General description

Silk Finish Imprinted Concrete Sealer is designed for driveways and patios, providing a satin look and hard-wearing protection for imprinted concrete surfaces. This sealer offers a silky, slightly 'wet-look' finish while ensuring long-term protection against oil and stain penetration. It enhances the color of the paving and is tough, durable, and resistant to blistering and peeling.

Installation

Ensure the surface area is completely clean and bone dry (allow 3-4 dry days after cleaning).

Apply the sealer using a broom, allowing a minimum of 2 hours between coats.

For best results, a two-coat application is recommended, but this may vary based on the surface's age and condition.

Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight and if rain is expected within 8 hours.

Usage

Allow 4 hours before walking on the surface and 24 hours before allowing vehicle traffic.

After application, expect 3-5 years of protection, depending on factors such as traffic, weather, and maintenance.

Other information

Health & Safety: Flammable liquid; keep the application area well ventilated and wear a respirator during application.

Do not smoke while using the product.

Deicing salts should not be applied directly on sealed surfaces.
