Absolutely brilliant. I thought that an integrated boiling water tap would be useful, but it's even better than I hoped. So quick and easy to make a cuppa without waiting for the kettle to boil. It is like an under-sink tea urn with its own separate spring-loaded lever with safety button. There is no possibility of accidental scolding when using the hot and cold lever.
