Firstly the Item arrived the next working day, which was unexpected but very welcome! There were no valves included at this price - this was fine as I was planning to switch the current valves off and switch out the the radiators. Everything went to plan without the need to drain down the system. I have flexible 10mm pipes in my system so you may need a bit more work if you have rigid copper or chrome pipes as the chances of the pipe work matching up is pretty slim! Overall very happy with the radiator, glad we went for a double - it gives out plenty of heat! The fitting instructions are easy to follow and very simple, but does not tell you what to do with your existing radiator, so do your research before buying if planning on a DIY job.

Just delivered and when unboxed the radiator is not square. All panels where welded in a sideways fashion. Shame as the overall design was looking good. will ask for replacement.
