GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The KitchenAid Artisan Cast Iron Black 6.6L Bowl Lift Food Mixer combines power, capacity, and control. Its sturdy bowl lift design and full metal construction make it ideal for heavy mixtures. The bowl attaches securely at three lock points, and the ergonomic handle allows for easy lifting.

This mixer features all metal gearing and an improved motor for enhanced performance. With 11 speeds, including a 1/2 speed setting for gentle mixing, it minimizes splashes with a soft start feature. The original planetary action ensures thorough mixing by rotating the mixer head in one direction while the attachment rotates in the opposite direction.

With a 6.6L capacity, it can knead up to 3.9kg of bread dough, mash 3.5kg of potatoes, or make 13 dozen cookies.

Included are a pouring shield, stainless steel wire whisk, stainless steel paddle, stainless steel dough hook, and a silver coated double flex edge paddle. The attachment hub allows for a variety of accessories (sold separately).
