MADISON BROWN DUAL RISE LEATHER RECLINER

As an engineer, I expected a functional, value for money chair - after all there are plenty of much more expensive chairs out there. What I got far exceeded my expectations - well made, comfortable and a quality feel. The leather feels plush and has a great egg shell/matt sheen not fair off the seating in German saloons. The mechanism appears to be used by many other (more expensive) brands - it is quiet, smooth and feels robust. Ordering and delivery by Mano Mano was excellent. Happy all round

This was a fantastic product that I bought for my 86 year old dad who is very immobile and house bound using a stick. The chair came in two huge boxes. I am aware of Covid restrictions but the men delivering the chair refused to bring the chair into the house. They left it in our tiny porch despite my dad protesting, and explaining his in ability to move the boxes on his own. I was at work. He had to struggle the boxes into the front room alone. So he could close the front door again. When I came home he was knackered. I then had to struggle it into the next room and assemble it. This to me is poor customer service. Had I known it was self assembly I would nit have bought from you. Also the delivery time was over a 4 day period. This was too long a period. My dad has a daily sleep during the day which he couldn’t do. The chair came on the last day of possible delivery. A smaller window of delivery should be given or a simple txt or phone call. So although the product is great the experience of purchase was diabolical.................,

This chair was purchased for my husband and he really likes it. I am really pleased with the way it looks too. I wasn't sure whether I should go with cream but am happy I did. Easy to assemble and the dual control is the way to go!
