Item is as exactly as described. My 80year old father is delighted. There was a minor issue. But company were very prompt to correct this. No complaints from me. However we have only had it 6 days

Bought this chair for my 84 year old mother who has mobility issues. She is very pleased with the chair, easily operated with just 2 buttons, up and down. It comes in 2 parts and is relatively easily assembled. Ensure you remove all the zip ties from the base which are only there for transportation before use.
