No bad surprise with Makita, quality product true to its description

As with any grinder, the protective guard is not practical (it is sometimes impossible to see the cut and the path to follow)

Braked rotation stop, adjustable speed, just perfect. only the fixing of the protective casing seems strange to me, it does not allow the rotation of this one .. is it the good casing which was sent to me ??

Excellent grinder, thanks to its start mode which is under the fingers, we can activate it or stop it as we see fit. With 3amp batteries I find that it is filing to cut scrap tubes rather favor 5amp batteries.
