Really great, delivery was quick and the guys that brought it to the house were great. The packaging was all intact and the the two guys that brought it in were lovely. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Not very solid, but still aceptable, not recommended.

This bed arrived promptly and there was excellent communication from the company from the start. The packaging was slightly damaged on one of the 4 boxes and this was noted and photographed by the delivery driver. Once unpacked, all items were checked and found correct. Once we started assembly it was noted that the top rail on the headboard had been damaged, the dowels and screws had been pulled out, this corresponded with the area of damage on the packing. The wood finish wasn't damaged so, to minimise disruption caused by repacking and redelivering a replacement, we decided to re glue and re screw the rail back on ourselves. This worked perfectly. This is definitely a two person assembly job but the instructions were clear enough. I contacted the company about some sort of compensation for the damaged area and they offered a cash amount as a refund without any quibble. Very happy with the bed and service received from the company that we bought it from.

The bed is as described and as expected for the price I paid. The advertisement colour was correct so it blends in well with my other furniture.
