Manual Retractable Awning with LED 500x300 cm Blue and White vidaXL

I was looking forward to receiving the awning, the problem once unpacked, there were 4 missing parts and a LED awning that does not work so return to sender for full refund

Missing parts, Would recommend if seller would be more careful for the sake of their customers. Thanks!

Very very beautiful and I am satisfied .. but it comes completely disassembled. I recommend it ..

The product is first class and I would recommend it. The problem I had was with the instructions, they are awful, I spent my working life as a joiner, and use to reading plans and instructions. So if you buy this product,sit and study the plans we’ll, or get a professional in to help you.

The product is great would have given it 5 stars. Great value for money and seems a sturdy product. What I was less impressed with was when the product I ordered arrived damaged. I sent it back as per instructions I was given. Then to be told the replacement was out of stock and I would have to pay an extra £80 for an extra 50cm that was not required by myself. No offer to discount the difference in price. I felt as though manomano weren’t bothered at all. Shame really as the product itself is fantastic. Shame about the customer service when problems do arrive.

Only reason I’m giving this 4 stars not 5 was the instructions are next to useless abs it’s a difficult build if you have never done so before
