Description

General description

This lockout device is designed to secure gate valves with sizes ranging from 150mm to 165mm (6 to 6.5 inches). It features a durable Zenex™ composite body that resists chemicals and can withstand extreme temperatures from -57°C to +177°C. The cover fully encloses the valve handle to prevent accidental operation and enhances safety during maintenance or repair. Its patented rotating design allows for easier installation in confined spaces and on insulated pipes. The device includes a removable center knockout for rising stem gate valves and can be locked with up to two padlocks. A "Danger DO NOT OPERATE" label is included for clear safety communication.
