The Master Lock MLKS480 Lockout Gate Valve Cover is designed to secure gate valves with sizes ranging from 25mm to 75mm (1 to 3 inches). It features a durable Zenex™ composite body that resists chemicals and withstands extreme temperatures from -57°C to +177°C. The cover fully encloses the valve handle to prevent accidental operation, ensuring safety during maintenance or repairs. Its patented rotating design allows for easy installation in confined spaces and on insulated pipes. The device can be locked with up to two padlocks and includes a 'Danger DO NOT OPERATE' label for clear safety communication.
