Usage

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle of the rug without rubbing.

For tough stains, scrape off dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners.

For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one to two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

The product may sporadically shed due to its fabric, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.

After unpacking, the rug requires time to reach its desired state; it is recommended to unfold it as soon as possible and place a heavy weight on the ends for better effect.

Hand tufting involves injecting yarn into the backing of the rug using a special needle, resulting in individual threads that can sometimes come loose.
