Please note that every product is handmade. There may be variations in texture, colour, or shape due to the characteristics of the materials used, and these will not be considered defects. Production technique: Hand tufting involves injecting yarn into the backing of the rug using a special needle. In this process, the yarn is not as tightly integrated into the backing as in other methods (e.g. woven carpets). As a result, individual threads can sometimes come loose.

Maintenance tips:
1.Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile
2.Periodically, turn your rug 180 ̊ to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure
3.Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub
4.For tough stains scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid. Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners. Contact an expert for tough stain removal
5.For comfortable use we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days). This allows the natural scent of the material to fade.
