Description
Monument 458N Tap Reseating Tool re-cuts the seats of worn taps or stopcocks without disconnecting the pipework. Tapered cones screw into the top of the tap body where the body is threaded; for recessed threads use the parallel bush series. Cutters are case hardened and the feedscrew gives fine adjustment for precise cutting. All parts are interchangeable and the tool fits old series 1/2 in BS1010 flat seats. Supplied complete with 17 mm and 19 mm (11/16 in and 3/4 in) flat cutters and a tapered cone.
