I bought this bed and a lot of the wood came out broken. I sent them pictures, and they did not return my money, even half the price.

when i purchased the bunkbeds i also got the mattresses or should i say mattress. I think you need to change the wording as i thought i was buying 2 mattresses as it stated mattresses not mattress. so i was disappointed .

Very sturdy and well made easy to assemble need two people for some stages. very pleased with them had a split step but contacted them and received replacement within a week.would recommend this company and product.
