General description

Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner is designed for intensive cleaning and refreshing of wood surfaces. It effectively cleans and regenerates wood while removing tough stains such as grease and shoe polish. This product maintains protected surfaces without wearing down the treatment and is easy to use for occasional cleaning. It provides wood with natural hard waxes without forming a film on the surface, making it ideal for both domestic and commercial use.

Surface preparation

Ensure the wood surface is dust-free and dry.

A dust mop, mop, or vacuum cleaner is suitable for this purpose.

Usage

For simple cleaning and maintenance, the Osmo Cleaning Kit for Floors (Dust-Mop, MicroMop Plush, and an Active Fibre Cloth) is recommended.

For high-traffic and dirty flooring, use Osmo Micro-Mop with water mixed with Osmo Wash and Care, and buff dry afterwards.

Manual application: Use Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner with an Active Fibre Cloth (approx. 2 teaspoons per m²) for removing stains and intensive maintenance.

Rub away tough stains with a cloth or a Scotchpad.

Machine application: Apply with a single disc machine and a white pad, spreading evenly and rubbing in.

If streaks appear, turn the pad over or use a new pad.

To achieve a higher gloss level, polish the dried surface with a white pad.

Routine application of hard waxes (carnauba and candelilla waxes) refreshes the flooring and improves its resistance to stains and wear.

Reapply necessary oil ingredients in Polyx®-Oil to the floor over the years.

Use sparingly to avoid traffic marks.

Use Osmo Liquid Wax Cleaner White only on white substrates.

For high traffic areas, refinish the cleaned area with Osmo Polyx®-Oil.
