The only problem I had was the H bars that fit across the middle were slightly to shot so left a gap either side of the middle join. Did email customer service to see if they would replace it but was only offered a 15% refund if I could fix it myself. ?Not something I wanted to do but did find someone to do it for me. Just need it to rain heavy now to see if it works.?If not I shall be contacting the again.

If we didn't need our son to come along with his drill which will go through our extremely hard exterior wall, we would have it up in a trice. The fixing instructions seem very clear.
