Published on 08/05/2022, United KingdomUnfortunately, the manufacturing quality is not the best on our parasol, the paint is cracked in places and beginning to peal. The wooden poles seem to had been rammed into the metal parts after being painted so the paint and wood splinters are sticking out around the metal parts. Would've been nice if these were sanded down. Otherwise it's a lovely looking parasol. We did complain and asked for a refund. The customer services assistants were very helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly.
