We have bought a whole house, 9 of these radiators and had them fitted professionally. The house is now warmer at start of the day and the radiators hold the heat for a long time after switching off. Our house had about half of the pipes were reverse flowed to normal but I rang the manufacturers and they said the radiators were bi directional. The only downside was one of the radiators was damaged in transit and a return was dealt with swiftly but we at that point had disposed of all our packaging, so we had to buy a new one to use the packaging for the return. Keep your packaging until you have definitely finished with it.
