Not bad but the roof would be better hinged . The screw lengths are quite short which weakens joins.

Hutch is a very generous size, the living area is a lot bigger than it looks on the photo. The instructions weren't very clear, but there are markings on the wood which help. Slightly disappointed as the actual colour of the hutch is red in colour with a green roof and the one advertised is more neutral with a white roof but it will do the same job :)
