General description

Smartseal Porcelain Tile Cleaner is a powerful cleaner designed to effectively remove ingrained dirt, grime, algae, bird droppings, and other surface contaminants from all types of porcelain tiling. It is particularly effective as a porcelain patio cleaner and is suitable for both internal and external surfaces. This cleaner prepares the surface for the application of the Porcelain Tile Sealer, ensuring a thoroughly clean base.

Technical specifications

Coverage: Up to 10m² per litre, depending on porosity and level of surface contamination

Directions for use: Outdoors - Dilute concentrate at 1:4 with clean water, apply with sprayer or watering can, rinse off after 30 mins or pressure wash for heavier contamination

Directions for use: Indoors - Dilute concentrate at 1:4 with clean water, apply with a mop, sponge, or brush, allow to dwell for 15-30 mins, agitate with a stiff broom or brush, rinse off with clean water

Storage: Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight; use within 3 months once opened
