Description

General description

A high-performance black spot remover designed for cleaning black spot, lichen, and mould from block paving, concrete paving slabs, and natural stone patios. Xtreme Black Spot Remover is a fast-acting product with four powerful active ingredients, providing an effective solution for maintaining clean patios while often eliminating the need for pressure washing. It is important to note that this product is not recommended for use on Tarmac.

Technical specifications

Volume: 5 litres

Covers approximately 20 m² of flagstone, natural stone, or block paved patios

Active ingredient: Chlorine

Installation

Brush off any dirt or loose debris from the surface

Lightly dampen the area with water

Apply NEAT using a watering can or sprayer (do NOT dilute)

Work in by brush or stiff broom

Ensure the surface area remains damp during application

Leave on the surface for 1-2 hours before rinsing off

Rinse area with water or use a pressure washer if available

Usage

For best results, apply in temperatures between 5° - 20° C

It is important that the patio remains wet for 1 hour

For areas of heavy soiling, scrub into the surface or re-apply

If a second application is required, leave to dwell on the surface for a longer period (2-3 hours) before rinsing or pressure washing off

Other information

Wear appropriate safety gear at all times

Once opened, use within 3 months

Toxic to aquatic life; wear protective gloves and goggles

Can cause skin burns; avoid contact with eyes

Keep out of the reach of children

Take care to avoid contact with fabrics during application
