Nuie Chrome Angled Thermostatic Radiator Valves - HT315

The valves and parts were exactly as expected. They look good and were easy to fit. The engineer was very impressed with the product. The radiator is long, low in height and situated in the hallway at the front door of our home. I wanted it to look smart and clean. The valves completed the look for the changes we had planned. Unfortunately it became evident the next day that the radiator was cool and refusing top heat up. After speaking to the engineer on the phone it turned out one of the valves was sticking. After a bit of WD 40 and some manipulation I got it working though it was disappointing to need to fix a new product upon arrival. Time will tell if the fix proves to be a long termed one. If it continues to work I would recommend the product.
