It's a great product, but the instructions are RUBBISH! If I weren't a skilled DIYer, I wouldn't have been able to assemble this piece of furniture! Let's be clear, I'm not blaming the furniture, but the instructions, which are written in Javanese!
The instructions contain diagrams that are not clear enough but once assembled it is a very good product.
The product is well made. I just have a doubt about the casters. I find the mounting method too light compared to the weight the furniture can support. You're right about my rating of 4 out of 5. One small drawback concerns the assembly method. The zooms of certain parts should be larger to better understand the assembly. For my part, I zoomed them in on my computer.
