The initial photo depicts a metallic pull out hose. When received it is a grey nylon one and also the handle is slightly different. I tried to contact RAK to see if there was a change of design or a mistake and they were not very helpful. I have had install the one I received and works fine. Still not very happy as the photo is not reliable.
