General description

These versatile gel compresses are suitable for both cold and warm applications, making them an essential addition to any medicine cabinet. Cold treatment with the cooling pads helps relieve the pain of sprains and bruises, while heat therapy stimulates circulation, alleviating tension and assisting with period, abdominal, and back pain.

Installation

For cold application: Place in refrigerator or freezer (up to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use.

For warm application: Heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) for 1 minute or in the microwave (800 W) for 40 seconds before use.

Before use, wrap in a thin cloth to avoid burns.

Usage

Cold application for bruises, sprains, and insect bites.

Warm application for sore muscles, back pain, and menstrual cramps.

Use on children only under adult supervision.

Do not use compresses for longer than 20 minutes.

Never use a damaged compress.
