General description

This versatile set of 8 gel compresses is suitable for both cold and warm applications and is a must-have for any medicine cabinet. Cold treatment with the cooling pads helps relieve pain from sprains, bruises, toothaches, and headaches. Heat therapy with the heat compresses stimulates blood circulation, relieves tension, and helps with menstrual, abdominal, and back pain.

Installation

For cold application: Place in the refrigerator or freezer (down to -18 °C) for approx. 2 hours before use

For warm application: Heat for 1 minute in a water bath (max. 80 °C) or in the microwave (800 W) for 40 seconds

Wrap in a thin cloth before use to avoid burns

Usage

Use on bruises, insect bites, headaches, and toothaches for cold application

Use for sore muscles, back pain, and menstrual cramps for warm application

Do not use compresses for longer than 20 minutes

Use on children only under adult supervision

Never use a damaged compress
