Installation

Attach the nesting box at a height of 3-10 m for Little Owls.

For Great Horned Owls, jackdaws, or stock doves, install at a height of 6-15 m.

The entrance hole should face east or south-east.

Ideally, hang the box in a location protected from wind and rain.

Space multiple nest boxes at a distance of 10 m from each other.

Best to install the birdhouse in autumn or winter.

Clean the box in late summer by sweeping out or using clear water.
