The item was delivered within 2 days of ordering, very impressed, and it is a nice base solid and sturdy, however it is damaged, with quite a large sharp chip at the front. Customer service response has been OK, with the offer to replace the item, but I'm not impressed that it is now going to take 10 days to deliver a replacement! Read more

Very satisfied
This base was for a half parasol we bought from ManoMano and we were extremely pleased with both products. The base is easily assembled and quite robust. We have used it several times, unusual for Glasgow where we are currently shielding, and it kept the parasol steady, folded of course, in some very high winds we have had just last week. Excellent product, speedily delivered and good value for money. Recommended. Read more
