Ronseal Multi Purpose Wood Filler is a versatile solution for repairing wood surfaces, suitable for both interior and exterior use. It can be applied directly from the tube, providing a tough, durable, and weatherproof repair that resists shrinking and cracking. The flexible formula allows it to bend with the wood, ensuring a long-lasting finish. Once dry, it can be sanded, stained, varnished, or painted over, making it ideal for filling holes, cracks, and gaps in various wooden surfaces such as doors, window frames, skirting boards, and floors.

Installation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and lightly sanded before application.

Push the filler firmly into the hole or crack, slightly overfilling to ensure proper coverage.

Use a wet knife or spatula to smooth the surface before the filler dries.

If filling deep holes, apply in layers of up to 5mm, waiting two hours between layers.

Allow the filler to dry completely before sanding, drilling, or painting.

Usage

Apply the filler directly into holes, cracks, or gaps in wood surfaces.

Leave slightly raised above the surface for proper filling.

Once dry, sand smooth and finish as desired with paint, stain, or varnish.

Tools can be cleaned with warm, soapy water.
