Ronseal Multi Purpose Wood Filler is designed for quick and easy repairs on wooden surfaces. It provides a tough, weatherproof finish that resists shrinking and cracking, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The flexible formula ensures a long-lasting, professional finish, ideal for filling holes, cracks, and gaps in doors, window frames, skirting boards, floors, and other wooden surfaces.

Installation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and lightly sanded before application

Test the filler on a small hidden area to check color match

Apply the filler into the hole or crack, slightly overfilling to ensure proper filling

Use a damp tool to smooth the surface before it dries

If filling deep holes, apply in layers of up to 5mm, waiting two hours between each layer

Usage

Push the filler firmly into the hole or crack, leaving it slightly raised

Smooth the surface with a wet spatula or knife before it dries

Allow the filler to dry for approximately 2 hours

Once dry, sand, drill, nail, screw, or paint over the repair as needed

Tools can be cleaned in warm, soapy water
