General description

Quickly and easily fill holes in wood with Ronseal Multi Purpose Wood Filler. This product provides a tough, weatherproof finish that won’t shrink or crack. It flexes and bends with the wood, ensuring a perfect finish whether used indoors or outdoors.

Installation

Before starting, test the filler on a small, hidden area of wood to ensure satisfaction with the colour.

Lightly sand the area to be filled.

Wipe away any loose bits with a damp cloth.

Push the filler firmly into the hole or crack, leaving it slightly raised above the wood.

Smooth the filler with a wet knife before it dries.

If the hole is deep, fill in 5mm layers, waiting two hours between each layer.

Usage

After two hours, the filled area can be drilled, sanded, planed, filed, nailed, and screwed into.

Once smoothed down, the area can be painted, varnished, or stained as desired.

Cleaning: Tools can be cleaned in warm, soapy water.
