General description

Ronseal Interior Wax provides durable, diamond-hard protection for interior wood surfaces. It protects against knocks, scuffs, and scratches while enhancing the natural appearance of the wood with a matte finish. The wax is lightly tinted in dark oak and offers a natural, non-glossy look similar to varnish but with the feel of wax. It is suitable for furniture, doors, window frames, and other interior woodwork.

Installation

Prepare the surface by cleaning with white spirit and sanding with 120 grit sandpaper.

Wipe away dust and allow to dry.

Stir the wax thoroughly before use to ensure even consistency.

Apply the wax in the direction of the wood grain using a brush.

Allow to dry for one hour between coats.

Apply three coats for optimal protection.

The final coat dries in approximately 20 minutes.

Usage

Apply with a brush in the direction of the grain for a smooth finish.

Allow each coat to dry for one hour before applying the next.

For best results, apply three coats.

No buffing is required between coats, making the process quick and clean.

Clean spills and surfaces regularly to maintain the finish.
