Speedy delivery by Shire good/ polite customer service. Takes a bit to get it all built but worth it, best to try to assemble and then paint some parts before final assembly. Get the 3 main sides builts and then get it to the location first as would be heavy to lift the complete unit. All in all a great purchase at a great price..
