Usage

To preserve the quality and longevity of the material, avoid laying the rug in high-traffic areas.

If the rug gets wet, allow it to dry away from heat sources.

Brush the pile regularly with a carpet & upholstery brush; avoid vacuuming as it may cause threads to loosen.

To prolong the life of the rug, use only leather recommended cleaners or contact an expert for tough stains.

Shake the rug out to remove loose dirt and dust, preferably outside.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading from sun exposure.

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth, cleaning from the edge to the middle.

For comfortable use, air out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) to allow the natural scent to fade.

Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.

Due to the handwoven nature of the rug, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm), which is also not considered a defect.

Creasing is a natural process for genuine leather, and over time, the leather may stretch out and not return to its original shape.

Any differences in colour or texture, such as blemishes, creases, or other marks, are natural occurrences and not a reason for complaint.
